Joyce M. Harris

Joyce M. Harris, age 84, of Picayune passed away Sunday, April 15, 2012 at Ochsner Northshore Medical Center in Slidell.
Visitation will be held at Picayune Funeral Home on Tuesday, April 17, 2012 from 6:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. A Graveside Service will be held at McNeill Cemetery on Wednesday, April 18, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. with Bro. Tim Mims officiating.
Mrs. Harris was a lifetime resident of Pearl River County, a homemaker and a member of Pine Grove Baptist Church.
She is survived by one son, Rocky Harris of Carriere; One daughter, Robin Harris of Picayune; Two brothers, L.D. Mitchell of Picayune and Jack B. Mitchell of Picayune; One sister, Alice Faye Pearson of Carriere; Two Grandchildren, John McHugh and Bill McHugh, both of Picayune.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Will B. Mitchell and Avis M. Mitchell; Her husband, H.W. "Bill" Harris.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Pine Grove Baptist Church Children Ministries.
