Julia Mae Taylor

Julia Mae Lee Taylor, age 92, of Picayune, Mississippi passed away Tuesday, August 1, 2017.

Visitation will be held Friday, August 4, 2017 from 6:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. at Picayune Funeral Home. Funeral services will be Saturday, August 5, 2017 at 10:00 a.m. at Lee's Chapel #2 with Bro. Lavelle Lee officiating. Burial will follow at Lee's Chapel #2 Cemetery.

Mrs. Taylor was a lifetime resident of Picayune, and a member of Lee's Chapel #2.

She is survived by two daughters, Wanda Faye Ladner and her husband Lynn of Picayune, and Betty Moore and her husband J.E. of Picayune; step-son, James L. Taylor and his wife Meda of Carriere; many nieces and nephews that she called her children; and her grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren who were her pride and joy.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Louis and Davie Etta Lee; husbands, R.T. Taylor, and Lewis W. McCormick; brothers, James V. Lee, and Grady Lee; and sister Hazel Stockstill.
