Kira Diana Moler-Smith of Picayune, Mississippi, passed away on Friday, April 23, 2021, at the age of 40.
Kira was a lifelong resident of Picayune, Mississippi and a member of New Palestine Baptist Church. Music was her outlet as she loved to sing and play the saxophone. She was a creative writer and socialized on Face Book. Kira loved her children and family.
She is survived by her husband, Jeffrey Smith; mother, Patricia Gayle Moler; son, Benjamin Grant McCormick; daughter, Jesse Anne McCormick and stepdaughters, Hannah Halle, and Heather Smith; brother, Christopher Jayson Artalona (Tammy Rae); one niece, Sierra Brooke Fowler; one nephew, Christopher Jayson Artalona, Jr.
She is preceded in death by her father, Henry "Grant" Moler; brother, Benjamin Micah Moler; grandmother, Jewel Sybil Stockstill.
A Celebration of Life will be held at 1:00 p.m. Thursday, April 29, 2021, at New Palestine Baptist Church.
