Lavon Delaune Trosclair, age 81, of Carriere, MS passed away peacefully at home Thursday, August 30, 2012 with her family by her side.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, September 5, 2012 from 10:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. at Picayune Funeral Home. Funeral Services will follow at 12:00 at Picayune Funeral Home Chapel with Father Mike Snyder officiating. Burial will be at Memorial Gardens Cemetery.
Lavon was a homemaker, a resident of Carriere for twenty years and a Catholic.
She is the beloved wife of Earl Trosclair for sixty-two years; The beloved mother of, Janell M. Trosclair, Denise T. Eck (Michael) and Michael E. Trosclair (Peggy); The beloved grandmother of Stephanie Krouse, Barrett Lore (Cassie), Kristen Barr, Michael Eck, Jr., Bria Trosclair and Zachary Trosclair; The beloved great-grandmother of Sal. Krouse, Alexandra Krouse, Cameron Lore, Carson Lore, Madilyn Barr and Mason Barr; The beloved sister of Joyce D. Nunmaker; She was the beloved aunt of many nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Edward and Gladys Delaune
