Lynne Marie Adams Barze' (74) entered into eternal rest on November 15th 2023 at home by her loving husbands side.
Lynne was born October 24th 1949 in New Orleans, Louisiana.
She went to high school at St. Mary's Academy and graduated college from Delgado Community College.
Lynne was married to Theodore Barze' for 34 wonderful years.
She worked for the Department of Defense for 30 years, and was the proprietor of the Barze' Place Antiques Mall for 19 years.
Lynne was also a published author of several books, and a freelance writer for the New Orleans Plants and Garden, Southern Senior, and Parents and Kids Magazines.
She belonged to many organizations such as the St. Mary's Academy Alumni, President of the Ladies Auxilary of the Knights of Columbus, Picayune Main Street, Picayune Writers Group, and the Greater Picayune Arts Council.
Lynne was a devout catholic, who never met a stranger.
She really enjoyed karaoke, was an avid reader, and a plant enthusiast.
Lynne loved finding pieces for her antique shop and proudly embraced the title "crazy cat lady".
Lynne loved her son Adam with all her heart, and took great pride in her grandchildren.
Lynne is survived by her husband Theodore Barze', son Adam Etienne Sylve Sr. (Amber), sisters Lori Sylve (Arnold), Eunice MacGill (David), brother Lyle Adams (Teresa), grandchildren Adam Jr., Amos, Asa, and April Sylve, and as well as a host of nieces, nephews, three godchildren, and many loving cousins.
Lynne is preceded in death by her parents Audrey Moseman Adams, and Lyle Adams, as well as an infant sister Lynne Adams.
A memorial service in Lynne's honor will be held at St. Charles of Borromeo Catholic Church 1000 Goodyear Blvd, Picayune, MS 39466 on Tuesday November 28th. Visitation is from 10AM-11AM. A Catholic Memorial Mass is from 11AM-12PM. A reception is to follow at Parish Hall after internment at Memorial Gardens Cemetery.
