Mona Lea Powe

Mona Lea Powe (54) of Picayune passed away on Sunday June 2, 2024.

Mona enjoyed arts and crafts, computer games, and shopping. She was a wonderful home maker, devoted wife, and loving mother. Her grandkids were her world. She will be missed by all.

Mona is preceded in death by her father Clarence Simmons, and brother Eric Simmons.

She is survived by her loving husband Allen Powe; mother, Mildred Simmons Barr; daughters Anna Powe, Jezzy Powe, Whitney Powe, Ember Powe; brothers John Simmons, James Simmons, Glen Simmons; sister Vanessa Serpas; and nine grandchildren Rosalea Lopez, Kelcy Lopez, Isora Mason, Jeryn Loftin, Jaevyn Loftin, Jhye Loftin, Abigail Howell, Lydia Howell, and Delilah Powe.
