Nellie K. Broadhead age 79, of Carriere, Mississippi passed away Friday, June 20, 2014.
Visitation will be held Tuesday, June 24, 2014 from 9:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. at First Baptist Church of Henleyfield. Funeral services will follow at 11:00 a.m. with Wayne Broadhead and Bro. Vernon Watts officiating. Burial will be at Henleyfield Cemetery.
Mrs. Broadhead was a Nurse's Aide and a member of First Baptist Church of Henleyfield.
She is survived by son, Wayne Broadhead of Kiln; daughters, Rose Roberson of Henleyfield, Freda Garcia of Henleyfield, and Paula Garcia of Henleyfield; brother, Robert Speagle of Pascagoula; sisters, Myrtle Smith of Laurel, and Shirley Green of Alabama; ten grandchildren; thirteen great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Dempsey and Ollie Speagle; husband, Jessie Broadhead; brothers, Jimmie Speagle, Troy Speagle, and Jerry Speagle; sisters, Hazel Henry and Martha Johnson.
