Norman Roger Rautenberg

Norman Roger Rautenberg, age 82, of Picayune, Mississippi passed away Thursday, December 26, 2013 at his residence.
Visitation will be held Tuesday, December 31, 2013 at Picayune Funeral Home from 12:00 noon until 1:00 p.m. The Funeral Service will be 1:00 p.m. at Picayune Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow at Memorial Gardens Cemetery under the direction of Picayune Funeral Home.
Mr. Rautenberg had lived in Picayune for seventeen years, a Baptist, and a mechanic. He served both the Navy and the Army.
He is survived by his wife of 58 years, Lucille Lopez Rautenberg of Picayune, one son, Jesse Edmond Rautenberg of Florida, five daughters; Terry Rautenberg Verdin of Picayune, Penny Rautenberg Petticrew of Picayune, Kathey Marnice Rautenberg of Louisiana, Daryl Rautenberg Glenn of Picayune; and Dana Rautenberg Marquette of Louisiana; one brother, William Rautenberg of Georgia; three sisters, Jessie Edith Doster, Jettrell Turpin, and Julia Pearl Rautenberg all of Georgia, twenty-one grandchildren and twenty-seven great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Jesse and Marion Rautenberg, a brother Edmond Rautenberg, a sister Helen Mattox, and one grandchild, Heath Jason Searcy, Jr.
