Pamela Osburn, was a beloved wife, mother and friend. However, she was so much more than just those assigned titles to those of us that were blessed to know and love her. Born October 29, 1953, to Edward and Adrienne Perry in Denver Colorado. Pamela was a bright light from the very beginning.
At an early age, she exhibited an adventurous spirit and a vibrant curiosity for the world around her and was drawn to the arts. Her natural artistic talent carried on throughout her life in various forms, sketching, painting, and several lovingly crafted gifts to be shared with family and friends. Music played a very special role in her early teen years. Because of her passion and wealth of musical knowledge, one of the most legendary music promoters in Denver enlisted her as a consultant to guide him in finding the up-and-coming acts of the day. She herself was a trendsetter and leader, listening to the beat of her own drum.
She aspired to become an actress and would have rivaled the greats had she followed that path. Pamela was incredibly adept at the written word, penning beautiful letters and poems of her own and enjoyed sharing the work of one of her favorite authors, Kahlil Gibran with friends and loved ones that still hold those precious words in their hearts.
As a young Mother, she was incredibly dedicated and compassionate. She lovingly created a world of wonder and enchantment for her daughter, Heather. Her mission was to always elevate and inspire through love, laughter and kindness and she more than succeeded.
The love of her life and husband of 35 years, Tom Osburn, was not only her partner but her best friend. Together they built a life filled with blessings and a love that radiated warmth that was felt by all that surrounded them. The bond that they shared was strong and true, based in family and faith. Over the years, Pam and Tom shared many adventures and equal amounts of laughter and may we all be fortunate enough to know such love in our lives.
Pamela Osburn was the epitome of grace and strength. She met every challenge in the eye and never backed down. An inspiration to many as her struggles revealed a path of fortitude, patience, forgiveness and most importantly kindness.
In life she was preceded by her grandmother, Judith King and her parents Edward and Adrienne Perry. Surviving her is her husband Tom Osburn, daughter Heather Dalton, stepson and his wife Charles and Sarah Osburn and their beloved daughters Lizzy and Nora, aunt and uncle Larry and Nadine Huls, in-laws Martha and Tommy Osburn, brother and sister-in-Law April and Jeff Conolly and many other cherished friends and family members.
Pamela Osburn was an amazing woman who was quick to share a joke and much-needed laughter, possessing a brave heart and a uniquely beautiful soul. She will be truly missed, and we are so very grateful to have had her in our lives and will feel the lasting impact and legacy she left with each of us.
