Patsy Ruth Culpepper
January 9, 1948 — June 8, 2020
Patsy Ruth Culpepper, of Purvis, Mississippi, went to be with the Lord Monday, June 8, 2020 at the age of 72.
Before moving to Purvis, Mississippi with family, Patsy was a longtime resident of Picayune, Mississippi for over thirty years. She was a member of Apostolic Church of Purvis on Highway 589. She enjoyed fishing, playing the piano, and loved her family dearly.
She is survived by her two sons, Dennis Culpepper (Regina) of Picayune, Gary Culpepper (Shannon) of Purvis; two daughters, Glenda Kirkland (Chuck) of Bebee, Arkansas, and Teresa Davis of Petal; four brothers, Rev. Edward Pullens (Sherry) of Purvis, Johnny Pullens (Dorothy) of Ozona, Thomas Pullens (Sue) of Poplarville, and Timothy Pullens of Picayune; two sisters, Debbie Burge (Randy) of McNeill, and Judy Cuccio (Mark) of Carriere; thirteen grandchildren and twelve great-grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by the father of her children, Bobby Ray Culpepper; parents, Rev. Thomas E. Pullens and Lillian Pullens; one brother, Hershell Pullens; two sisters, Barbara Strickland and Peggy Pullens.
A private graveside service was held at Burgetown Cemetery Friday, June 12, 2020.
