Reggie Paul Smith passed away at the age of 71 on June 3, 2024.

Reggie has been a resident of Picayune most of his life. He was a member of the Church of God. Reggie loved life, traveling, and spending time with family and friends. A few of the things he loved most were taking trips to Cade’s Cove, enjoying a good barbeque and being with his grandkids. One passion that he had was being a truck driver, but he also delighted in sharing his knowledge and teaching others how to work on things.

Left to cherish his memories is his wife Spring Smith; Sons Reggie Ray Smith (Linley) and Shawn Paul Smith (Melissa); Brothers Roger Dale Smith (Crystal), Sisters Barbara Sigworth and Patricia; Grandchildren Alex Smith, Abigale Smith, London Smith, Nate Smith, Hannah, Chaeli Smith, Izabella Smith, Madaline Smith, and Charlie; great grandchildren, Athena Yates, and Delilah Smith; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

He is preceded by his parents, Walter, and Annie Smith; brothers, Walter Edward Smith and Tommy Sephus Smith; and his first wife, Jeanie Howard.

A Celebration of Life will be held 1:00 p.m.-2:00 p.m. Friday June 7, 2024, at Picayune Funeral Home to Honor Reggie Paul Smith.
