Rick Legrea Young of Picayune, Mississippi passed away Thursday, July 4, 2024, at the age of 71.
Rick was born February 24, 1953, in Odessa, Texas. He spent the majority of his life in Picayune. Rick was a Veteran of the U.S Army. He loved telling jokes, music, and playing his guitar. He was a beloved father and grandfather. Rick will be missed by many.
Left to cherish his memory is his daughter, Shannon Khadaroo (Jr. Rowell); son, Richard Young; brother, Thomas Young; grandchildren, Ahmia Hall (Hayden Hall), Delilah Khadaroo, Joshua Khadaroo, Sabrina Khadaroo, and Elijah Rowell.
He is preceded by his parents, Loran Martin and Betty Lawler Young; brothers, Timothy and Robert Young.
A Graveside Service will be held 10:00 a.m. Thursday July 11th, 2024 at Memorial Gardens Cemetery 2618 Hwy 43 S. Picayune, MS 39466
