Ronald Louis Fourtunia

Ronald Louis Fourtunia passed away on Wednesday, March 20, 2019. Some only know him by "Captain Ronnie".
Ronald was a native of Louisiana and a veteran of the United States Navy.
He is survived by his children, Renee Fourtunia Jones, Alecia Fourtunia Weaver, Chad Fourtunia and Bradley LaBruzza. His siblings, Barbara Fourtunia Nelson and her husband Ronnie Nelson, Branda Fourtunia, Gary Fourtunia and Wayne Paul Fourtunia; six grandchildren, Pierce, Blair and Quinn Weaver and Camryn and Trace Jones; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Henry Louis Fourtunia and Evelyn DeRoche Fourtunia.
His family would like to extend a special thank you to his nephew and niece, Kevin and Violet Griffith who looked after him so much. Also, to his fishing buddy, Sonny Barnhart and his brother-in-law Ronnie Nelson who was always there for him.
A Memorial Service will be held by the family at a later date.
