Ronald Anthony Zulli of Carriere, Mississippi, went to be with the Lord at the age of 76 on Sunday, April 25, 2021.
Ronald was a lifelong resident of New Orleans, Louisiana and the Mississippi area. He was a veteran of the US Army and a retired Journeyman-Wireman. After attending Nichols High School, he spent four years at Delgado College, where he was an apprentice in the I.B.E.W. New Orleans Joint Apprenticeship program, graduating as a Journeyman-Wireman. He became a proud member of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers Local #130 here in New Orleans. Ronald was a loving husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather, and will be greatly missed.
He is survived by his wife of fifty years, Caroyl Nelson Zulli; son, Darryl Gilford (Michelle); daughters, Janice Griffin, Vicki Spellman (John), and Karen Zulli (Paula); brother, John Zulli; sisters, Carol Martin and Marie Uli; six grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
He is preceded in death by his parents, John and Pearl Zulli; brothers, Paul Zulli and Gerald Zulli.
A private service will be held by the family at St. Roch #2 Cemetery in New Orleans, Louisiana. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in his name to the American Cancer Society New Orleans Hope Lodge at 800-227-2345 or
