Rose Marie Crawford

Rose Marie Crawford, born on January 24, 1966, in Bogalusa, Louisiana, passed away on April 8, 2025, in Carriere, Mississippi. She was a beloved member of her family and a cherished friend to many.

Rose's life was rich with interests that brought her joy and fulfillment. She had a passion for gardening, where she found peace tending to her plants and flowers. Her love for NASCAR was evident, as she enthusiastically followed races and cherished the thrill of speed and competition. Additionally, Rose enjoyed collecting various items that sparked her interest, and she expressed her creativity and imagination through coloring and drawing.

She is survived by her son, Michael Witt Jr., and his partner, Ivana Miller. Rose leaves behind her brothers, Raymond Crawford and Charles Crawford, as well as her niece, Tina Creel, and her great-niece and great-nephews: Hailey Franks, Cameron Franks, and Damion Franks, along with another great-niece, Amellia Creel. Grandchildren David LeBlanc, Charlie Witt, and Jackson Witt also carry on her legacy, with another grandchild expected to arrive soon.

Rose was preceded in death by her father, Albert "Lucky" Crawford, and her mother, Marion Crawford. She is also mourned by the memory of her biological mother, Mae Crawford, and her sisters, Yolanda Crawford and Marlene Crawford.

The legacy of Rose Marie Crawford is one of love, creativity, and deep family connections. She will be profoundly missed by all who knew her, and her spirit will live on in the hearts of her loved ones.
