Stan spent his life dedicated to his work, contributing his skills and passion to notable companies such as Boeing, Kaiser Aluminum, Nestle Coffee, and ultimately retiring from Domino Sugar. His career was marked by his incredible work on the Apollo Space Shuttles, showcasing not only his mechanical expertise but also his undeniable spirit of craftsmanship.
Beyond his professional achievements, Stan was known for his warm heart and welcoming nature; he truly never met a stranger. He deeply adored his grandchildren and great-grandchildren, finding immense joy in every moment spent with them. Stan's love for his family was matched only by his devotion to his beloved wife, Sandra A. Wade Mayeaux, with whom he shared 63 beautiful years and 5 months.
A celebration of Stan's life will be held in the near future, where family and friends will gather to honor and remember the remarkable man he was. Details of the memorial services will be announced and shared, inviting all who knew him to come together in unity and love.

Stan is survived by his wife, Sandra A. Wade Mayeaux; son, Steve Paul Mayeaux (Tammy); daughter, Bonnie Bergeron (J.D.); grandchildren, Steve P. Mayeaux II (Lauren), Fallon Willingham (John), Derek P. Willingham, and Jennifer L. Shahine (B.J.); great-grandchildren, Leilen P. Nuccio, Shelbi J. Nuccio, Faithlyn M. Shahine, Owen P. Mayeaux, Rylie J. Willingham, Carolyn J. Shahine, Maverick P. Willingham, Everett P. Mayeaux, and Ellyn C. Shahine; brother-in-law, Tommy Wade (Donna); sister-in-law, Vickie Kendrick-Smith (Larry).
Stan was preceded in death by his parents, Curtley Anthony Mayeaux, and Leah Cecile Gremillion Mayeaux; sisters, Cecile “T.K.” Truly, Sadie (Wig) Swaney, Lucile (Doug) Swaney, and Rose (Earl) Normand; brother-in-law, Steve Wade.
