Vaughn Chamberlain Brayson
November 25, 1947 — April 9, 2018
Vaughn "Buddy" Chamberlain Brayson, Jr., age 70, of Carriere, Mississippi passed away Monday, April 9, 2018.
Visitation will be held Saturday, April 14, 2018 from 9:30 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. at Picayune Funeral Home. Memorial service will follow at 11:00 a.m. at Picayune Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Allen Hickman officiating.
Mr. Brayson was a Veteran of the U.S. Army, a lifetime resident of Pearl River County, a member of Carriere Masonic Lodge #445, and a member of Unity Baptist Church.
He is survived by his wife Vicki Brayson of Carriere; sons, John "JJ" Brayson (Kim) of Carriere, and Michael Lee Brayson of Alabama; daughters, Sandra Dawn Brayson of Alabama, and Lillian Spring Brayson (Clay Smith) of Carriere; brother, Owen Michael Brayson of Carriere; 13 grandchildren; and 4 great-grandchildren.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Vaughn C. Brayson, Sr., and Helen Smith Brayson; and sister, Patricia Ann Mitchell.
