Violet Mabel Johnson

Violet Mabel Hansen Johnson, age 91, of Picayune passed away Tuesday, December 15, 2009 at Highland Community Hospital.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
Mrs. Johnson, a native of Minnesota, moved to New Orleans, LA in 1951 and to Picayune in 1988. She was a secretary and a member of First United Methodist Church.
She is survived by her five sons, Lee Johnson of Virginia, Hugh Johnson of Louisiana, Gus Johnson of Louisiana, Paul Johnson of Arkansas and Eric Johnson of Picayune; four grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Warren Johnson and a daughter, Catherine E. Johnston.
