Virginia Guidry, age 78, of Perkinston, Mississippi passed away August 24, 2013.
Visitation will be held Saturday, August 31, 2013 from 10:00 a.m. until 10:30 a.m. at Our Lady of Lordes at 400 West Chester Blvd. Slidell, LA. Mass will follow at 10:30 a.m. Burial will be at St. Vincent de Paul #2 Cemetery in New Orleans, LA at 1401 Louisa St.
Mrs. Guidry was a resident of Hancock County for eight years and a member of St. Matthews Catholic Church.
She is survived by her husband Leroy J. Guidry of Perkinston; two sons, Norman Anthony Guidry of Lumberton and Leroy Joseph Guidry, Jr. of Slidell, Louisiana; daughter, Kellie Ferand of Perkinston; sister, Marie Unbehagen of Picayune; five grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Anthony and Mary Gobuzzi; brother, Nick Gobuzzi; and sister, Rose Daigle.
