William Leeroy Bean

William Leeroy Bean, age 82, of Picayune, Mississippi passed away Thursday, December 25, 2014.
Visitation will be held Monday, December 29, 2014 from 12:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. at Picayune Funeral Home. Funeral services will follow at 2:00 p.m. at Picayune Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be at Memorial Gardens Cemetery.
Mr. Bean was born in St. Louis, Missouri, was a Veteran of the U.S. Army, retired from Universal Studios Orlando, and was of the Catholic faith. He loved to fish and was very involved in Toys for Tots in St. Tammany.
He is survived by children, Bill Bean and spouse of Fort Wayne, Indiana, Judy (Bean) and Roy Braundemeier of Fieldon, Illinois, Bobbie (Hoffman) and Dale Abbott of Godfrey, Illinois, Jeff Bean of Washington State, Jeff Bean of Pearl River County, Debbie (Rushing) Bennett of Slidell, Mary (Rushing) and Mike Patch of Picayune, Judy (Rushing) and Davey Woodard of Picayune, Tonya (Rushing) and Bryan Burke of Diamondhead, and David Rushing, Jr. of Baton Rouge, Louisiana; with their combined marriage they had 11 children, 19 grandchildren, and 32 great-grandchildren.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Henry and Roberta Bean; his wife, Mary Edith Bean; son Ed Bean; and brother, Tom Bean.
