William E. Moody, 57, of Picayune (Leetown), Mississippi, died on Thursday, July 6, 2023 in Lakeview Regional Medical Center, Covington.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Franklin Graves Moody, Sr. and Edna Moody; six siblings, Lorie Ann Moody, Tina Moody, Darrell Norris, John Smith, Curtis Davis, Dennis Smith; and his mother, Geraldine Boozer.
Survivors include his loving wife, Eretta Moody; four children, Alyssa Moody Coote (Patrick), Cody Moody (Nadia), Christopher Moody (Alicia), Tyler Everett; four loving siblings, Evelyn “Pandora” Coleman, Frankie Graves (Angie), Debbie Salazar (Tommy), Kathy Rogers (David); twenty three grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held at Picayune Funeral Home (815 South Haugh Avenue, Picayune, MS, 39466) on Sunday, July 9, 2023 at 11:00 am. Burial will follow in Pearlington Cemetery (16011 Madison Street, Pearlington, MS, 39572). Visitation will be one hour prior to the service.
