Billy was born on December 8, 1969 in Picayune, MS, to Thomas Spiers and Wilma Spiers.
He was a loving husband, father, son, and grandfather who enjoyed spending his time hunting, fishing, and camping.
Billy is survived by his wife Shannon Spiers, mother Wilma Spiers, sons Brennin Spiers (Catie), Jason Bruno, Christopher Bruno (Victoria), daughters Lauren Kecia Spiers (Torrey Jerel Scott), Layken Spiers, Kaylee Bullock (Brandon), Destiny Pounds, Alyssa Pounds, brothers Lee Spiers (Sarah), Randy Spiers (Darlene), Jeremy Spiers, Mother-in-Law Claire Rushing, Mother of his children Deidre Spiers, and grandchildren Korrey, Kennedy, Koltyn, Baylen, Brantley, Savanna, Sadie, and Kaden.
He is preceded in death by his father Thomas Spiers.
A funeral service for Billy will be held on Monday July 29, 2024, at 2PM at Picayune Funeral Home.
Visitation will be held from 12PM-2PM.
Burial to follow at New Palestine Cemetery.
