Windell Spiers
Windell Spiers, age 79, of Carriere, Mississippi passed away Wednesday May 18, 2016, in Picayune, Mississippi.
Mr. Spiers, was a lifelong resident of Carriere, and a member of First Baptist Church of Carriere, Mississippi.
Visitation will be Sunday May 22, 2016, from 1:00 p.m.-3:00 p.m. at Picayune Funeral Home. Services will follow at 3:00 p.m. in Picayune Funeral Home Chapel. With Bro. Rocky Lumpkin officiating the services.
He is survived by his daughters, Regina Cooney, (Mike) of Carriere, Mississippi, Teresa Smith, (James) of Carriere, Mississippi, Fran Watkins, (Randy) of Pensacola, Florida, and Rhoda Gouin, (Brian) of Tallahassee, Florida. One sister, Maureen Patch, (Billy), of Carriere, Mississippi. Six grandchildren, Michael Smith, Michele Barber, Tori Mitchell, Brandon Mitchell, Matt Moseley, and Tyler Watkins. Seven great grandchildren, Ethan Smith, Ayden Smith, Braxton Barber, Riley Watkins, Austin Watkins, Jordyn Watkins, and Maverick Watkins.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Pascal Spiers and Katrina D. Spiers. Brothers Larry and Harry Spiers.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Alzheimer Foundation, or Disabled Veterans of America.
